Who is ALSO in Star Trek, is forgotten in all the reblogs of sets/pics/comments about the new movie with Cumberbatch addition and is the most fabulous flawless person ever.

He also used to ride horses like a boss in Rohan and Gondor

Played Cupid in “Xena” and still managed to get an awesome movie carreer after that.

Looks pretty cool as a badass on a regular basis, even when chasing after Jason Bourne.

And basically, you know, he’s awesome.

That’s all.

Perhaps this has happened to you:

You are having a pleasant conversation with a friend when the topic suddenly veers towards something that, while utterly obscure, is a treasured subject of obsession for you. Perhaps someone brings up the franchise history of the Los Angeles Dodgers, or famously-snubbed Oscar nominees, or the diverse moons of Jupiter, or Batman.

Abruptly, your brain pistons begin firing in flawless rhythm, tiny neuron men heap shovels of coal into the central furnace, and that dark, wet engine begins dredging up bits of trivia and obsessive minutiae that sane minds have long forgotten.

Your friend recognizes the exterior signs of this process, and begins subtly telegraphing that he/she is not eager to receive the vast volume of useless knowledge you are about to heave forth. He/she nods repeatedly, stares at the carpet, or stirs his/her coffee at varying speeds.

But it is not your choice to stop talking, now. You note their disinterest with the apologetic eyes of a train conductor whose locomotive has jumped the tracks, and is barreling down upon the thin iron fence of a local playground. This is the terrible price of nerdery: every now and then the seal is broken, and these arcane forces devour unsuspecting conversations as sacrifice.

Alright, I’m going to rant here

250 posts per day, really?

That’s just completely and totally absurd. A lot of us use our posts to talk to people that we’ve met on her that we may not have another way to speak to otherwise. You may not have intended this to be a social networking site, but it has become one.

It’s a place for people to connect and express themselves in a way that they may not have otherwise, and you want to limit that?

It was already frustrating with the asks limited in the many ways that they are, but now we have to be careful how often we post each day?

What if it’s a thread to talk someone out of ending their lives, what if it’s a post that could make a difference in someone’s life?

You’re taking away people’s ways of expressing themselves and venting your feelings, and that’s just not right.

I’m sure you have enough money to update your servers rather than limit the load like this.

Please, I implore you, put Tumblr back the way it was six months ago.
