was talking to mom this morning, about roadtrips and ghost hunting and obviously Supernatural came up. Dad kinda makes this huffing noise and declares that the first season was “the best season!” which he totally can’t make that call since he stopped watching halfway through the second season. 

and then mom said it was because Supernatural “got weird”

and all I could respond with “…and Fringe isn’t?” (they watch Fringe like its a religion)

which made me think about plotlines and shape shifters and psychic kids and people being hosts for other beings in both shows ALL DAY.

At least they’re going to sit down and watch the rest of Supernatural, now.

oh good god. I think Lyx is trying to kill me from laughing so hard.

we’ve been marathoning supernatural as it’s the first time Lyx and Prose have seen it. And she just. comes up with the most special of reasons behind everything that happens in the show.

I think my favorite (so far) is how she decided Meg was Dean’s daughter from the future. 

“THAT MEANS DEAN IN THE FUTURE IS AN EVIL LORD, WHO SENT HIS DAUGHTER INTO THE PAST TO KILL HIMSELF BECAUSE HE KILLED SAM. HE SENDS HIS ONLY DAUGHTER INTO THE PAST TO KEEP HIM FROM KILLING SAM. THE END.”

so much specialness. 

more so was when she thought Meg was Castiel.
