Started work on toxicure‘s Card Captor Narukami costume today. 

Actually, I’d probably be done the dress and starting the petticoat if my sewing machine wasn’t currently buried beneath a pile of Nerd Loft product. The houndstooth fabric has been dyed, and doesn’t look half bad. Might give it another shot of dye just to darken it up a bit, but it could work just fine the way it is.

I’ll dig the machine out tomorrow, and then it’s onto the petticoat and the ruffles.
