It’s actually fabric left over from last year’s christmas craft spree (which, uh, died a horrific death, as I only finished two of sixteen projects) so there’s lots of colors and patterns and these are going to be ridiculous in their adorableness.

i just love them so much! but then i have always been a collector of things… so yeah i have wanted one since i saw one YEARS AGO man.. my dad refuses to buy me one, which is understandable they are not the cheapest things in the world.
collecting stuff is fun~ and yeah, I think my mom just about flipped when I told her I bought a $200 doll. She couldn’t understand why I’d do that, let alone buy the $400 bluefairy a couple years later. Neither of my parents would willingly shell out to buy me one, even for christmas/birthday presents. (but they bought me a lathe which costs more…? I don’t understand my parents some times)

Oh man the iplehouse ones look really nice. what’s keeping you from getting those ones in particular though?
The biggest factor is the price— December is a bad time to be spending $700 on myself. People tend to be all “b-b-but you could’ve gotten us better gifts if you hadn’t spent it!” (and also because my car insurance is due.)
The other part is that I can’t for the life of me figure out how to order without the head. I’m trying to see if I can find any resellers and the like, but so far no luck.

Been considering buying a dollzone 65cm male body (b65-001) . What I want is one of the elder iplehouse male bodies. I’ve got an angelheim head that I adore, but no body for it and most of the bodies out there are too damn skinny for my tastes.
(well, that and they’d look pretty hilarious with an oversized head)

Oh man, that’s something that will come and go at just a whim of your brain D: I know this feel.
It’s soooooooo frustrating.
I was all “dude. this was all I drew for like… ten years. HOW AM I FAILING NOW?!” and glaring at my pencil like it was the problem and if I just gave it a stern talking to everything would fix itself.
