Apparently it only took two hours to color this. Neat.

Previous image, now with colors! I’m debating if I’m going to stay with hard cell shading or if I’m going to add some soft shading in there and made it all fancy like. It’ll definitely take a lot more.

hmm. I don’t like the yellows on my laptop, although my tablet’s colors are nice. Azazel’s yellows look a bit too green, I think.

Azazel: Hey baby, you wanna be the Padme to my Anakin?
Hafnium: Are you seriously trying to hit on me using the prequels?
Azazel: My power comes from a fallen angel. My uniform consists of feathery Jedi robes. I will use all Star Wars come ons available to me.

Another pair I had to redraw because they were on the same lineart layer.

I also discovered the maximum layer limit while working on these two. Whoops?

Jibriel’s hair is a pain in the ass to draw, but hot damn do I love the way it came out.

Sailors Astraeus and Jibriel from the Senshi Pile image, all by their lonesome. I’ll probably change Astraeus’ line color in the final image.

(roughly what each of them is thinking is
Astraeus: Ooooh! New person! New person! Hello New Person!
Jibriel: Who the hell is this and why did their owner let them off their leash??)

From the Senshi Pile drawing, one Sailor Crius standing by herself.

For the 10 000th time I’ve messed around with her colors. I’m currently fond of this one; it’s similar to the color scheme used when she was entered in that first SMOCT I participated in. There are some rather obvious issues and errors with parts of this image, but as all of them will be covered by her teammates in the final image I’m not going to go to the effort of fixing them.

The last of the lines on the Senshi Pile picture are done! And I really liked the way Terror came out, and as in the final image most of her is hidden behind Neith and Hyperion, I decided to share the full image.

It’s kinda hard to tell here, but she’s pulled her mask down so she can stick out her tongue and make funny faces at Topaz.

Because mass murderers do that, I guess.

hey remember this piece?

yeah I’m still working on it. Added a few more senshi to it. Trying to decide if I want Terror & Topaz up in that top right corner, or if I should move them down in front of Agatto and Saika.  Or maybe I should move them to where Vayu and Jibriel are, and have those two at the bottom. Decisions, Decisions.

Color blocking is done in the character’s primary color. I found a few more errors while doing that.

I decided to redo Sailor Vayu, and bring her more in line with Sailor Prometheus, since they’re actually from the same universe. Which also meant name change time! Astraeus and Prometheus are both second generation titans.

(oh maybe I should mention that I’m slowly converting all of my OC senshi to one universe and they’ll eventually all be named for titans, excluding Azazel and Jibriel)
